On behalf of our valued client, WINNER Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to run a carpark refurbishment contract in Lancaster (LA1) starting on the 26th October.
As a Site Manager working on this project, your duties would include but not limited to:
- Supervision and Management of direct and sub-contracted labour
- Daily and weekly site paperwork
- Regular meetings and being first point of contact for the client
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed always
The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, and experience working within the Concrete / Structural Repairs industry would be advantageous, the ideal candidate would hold:
- Valid CSCS Card (Gold or Black Card)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid
