You’ll be joining us at our Lancaster Practice Working hours are 36-40 hours per week (will include some weekend work)
Your future in the Lancaster Practice Vibrant 14 Chair practice with a motivated team looking for strong leader to help take the practice and the team to the next level

Working in partnership with your Practice Manager to support the growth of your practice

Practice is equipped with the latest technology

Street Parking is available nearby or paid parking on a monthly basis is available close to the practice

Your future, your role

As a Assistant Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
