KS1 & KS2 Teachers

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several GOOD and OUTSTANDING primary schools across Lancaster who are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Teachers to join their teams from 6th April 2026
.

These roles are suitable for both ECTs and experienced practitioners
, offering the chance to work within supportive, forward‑thinking school environments that value collaboration, creativity, and high‑quality teaching.

We are recruiting for:

• KS1 Teachers (Year 1 & Year
  2)
• KS2 Teachers (Years 3–6)

As part of the teaching team, you will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support pupils of varying needs and abilities. All schools offer strong leadership support, well‑established behaviour systems, and opportunities for professional development.

• Recent and relevant experience teaching KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in delivering the National Curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to pupil progress
• A desire to contribute to the wider school community

• Supportive SLT teams with a focus on staff development and wellbeing
• Opportunities for ECT induction support
  , mentoring, and CPD
• Well‑resourced classrooms and collaborative teaching teams
• Potential progression to permanent, school‑based contracts
