Cover Supervisors
to work across a range of
secondary schools in Lancaster

This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those looking for
flexible work in a school setting

Work is available on a
supply basis
, with opportunities for
day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements
.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with their work as required
- Flexible work to suit your availability
- Day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements
- Opportunities in supportive secondary schools
- Competitive daily rates of pay
- A dedicated consultant who understands secondary education
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
- Confidence managing a classroom environment
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- A positive, professional attitude
