Veritas Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Lancaster area from January 2027.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday) for a minimum of one term, with the potential for the role to continue beyond this period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups, from EYFS through to KS2, providing high-quality cover during teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. In addition, you will be entitled to 1.5 hours of your own PPA time each week.
The Role:- 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
- January 2027 start
- Minimum one-term commitment
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining positive learning environments
- 1.5 hours weekly PPA time included
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within primary schools
- Confident working across different age groups
- Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
