Finance Analyst

Overview

Bailrigg Campus (Hybrid Working Available) – Lancaster University are seeking a passionate, experienced and proactive Finance Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team.

The role works with the Finance Partner to provide key budget holders with financial support, budget management, business planning and performance reporting.

• Provide financial support to budget holders across the department/University as required.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting and performance reporting to support data-driven decision making.
• Support business planning activities and collaborate with FP&A colleagues and other University teams to ensure accurate financial information.

• Experience in a financial support setting.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships within the FP&A team and with other University colleagues.
• Actively studying towards an AAT qualification, or equivalent.
