Lancaster City Council is seeking a Compliance Inspector to help keep our community safe. You will inspect council-owned properties, especially high-rise blocks, to ensure safety standards are met and hazards are addressed.
Your work supports safety, well-being and sustainability across our housing stock. You will perform regular checks on fire doors, lighting, alarms and communal areas, report findings, and coordinate with contractors and tenants to implement improvements.
