Join Our Team at Lancaster Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW)We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Delivery Centre Support Worker in our Lancaster district.
As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for some of Lancashire’s most amazing children, young people, and their families. We work with children and young people aged 0–19, and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities.
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who love helping others. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker, you’ll be the first point of contact for families visiting our Family Hubs and centres, as well as for partner agencies who work alongside us.
Your Role Will Include- Greeting families and making them feel at home
- Handling calls and enquiries
- Managing room bookings and group work referrals
- Helping keep our centres warm, welcoming, and well-maintained
- Supporting the team with setting up spaces for meetings, courses, and groups
You’ll need good IT skills and confidence using systems like Microsoft Office and our Early Help Management Information system.
