You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and mentoring support workers Conducting staff supervisions and interviews Promoting best practices and person-centred care Communicating effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems confidently Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
