We are open to considering applicants looking for Part-Time and Full-Time contracts from 15 hours per week to 37.5 hours per week

Evermore Care is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator / Activity Coordinator to join our state‑of‑the‑art care home in Lancaster, Ashton Manor. This is a fantastic opportunity available on both full‑time and part‑time contracts
, where you’ll plan, design, and lead a variety of engaging social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our elderly residents.

• Annual leave starts at 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays), with extra days rewarded at 2 and 5 years’ service

• Plan and deliver engaging activities, such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings, and themed events.
• Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents.
• Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively.
• Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
• A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
