University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Community Physiotherapist to join the Integrated North Lancashire Community Therapy & Rehabilitation Team, currently based at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
You will assess and treat patients in their homes, residential and nursing homes, and our 23-bed rehabilitation unit, working closely with in-patient teams and community partners.
