Acuity Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a non-verbal young person with complex needs in Lancaster. You will be attentive to non-verbal cues and committed to person-centred care, traveling between the mother's and father's homes.
You will perform personal care tasks, PEG feeding, monitor vital signs, support with seizures and manage buccal medications, including overnight CPAP support. Driving is essential for this role.
