We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Lancaster Farms. HMP Lancaster Farms is a busy Category C male prison, currently holding around 550 males, and expanding by another 200. Practice Plus Group provides primary care and substance misuse services across the wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services. Join the Recovery Team and empower those whom wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and well‑being through recovery from drugs and alcohol.
This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday - Friday, between 8am - 7pm (shifts within these times)
SalaryThis position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £29,264 - £33,510 per annum.
