Vacancy: Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home) – AV1999
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £17.20 p/h
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our client’s dedicated team in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting and developing a team of healthcare professionals.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting Healthcare and Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You will help create a safe, caring environment that promotes independence, dignity, and enhances the quality of life for every resident.
About You- A Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- A willingness to undertake further management training and development.
- Previous experience working within a residential care home setting.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supporting both residents and staff.
