Location:

Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)
Contract:
3–6 months (with a good chance of extension)
We’re hiring a thoughtful and organized Recovery Coordinator for a supportive team in Lancaster. You'll help individuals work through addiction and guide them toward healthier, more independent lifestyles.
* What you'll do:
* Manage key working caseloads and design practical, person-centered recovery plans.
* Support individuals on Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST), tracking treatment engagement and compliance.
* Provide critical harm reduction interventions and overdose awareness training.
* Conduct Blood Borne Virus (BBV) and Hepatitis C testing, ensuring seamless transitions into clinical treatment for those affected.
* Deliver structured alcohol therapy sessions and psychological coping techniques.
* Partner with local health networks and community services.
* What you need:
Experience in the sector, a calm and empathetic manner, enhanced DBS, and UK Right to Work.
