The Commercial Disputes team operates collaboratively across multiple offices. The Lancaster office currently has an established disputes presence and is a key focus area for growth in 2026 and beyond.

Based in Lancaster, this role will involve managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes for a broad range of clients. You will work with corporates, SMEs and individuals to advise on everything from contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes through to matters involving insolvency and professional negligence.

You will have the autonomy to run matters while having access to support from experienced colleagues when required.
