** What you will do
*** Lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations to support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
* Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control activities
* Support OTIF delivery performance for UK and international customers
* Manage WMS, barcoding, and related IT systems
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and manage costs
* Support carrier and transport contract management to ensure effective service and value
* Monitor budgets (labor, transport, facilities) and plan resources to meet operational needs
* Lead, coach, and support warehouse and administrative teams to strengthen performance and engagement
* Collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements and analyze KPIs to identify improvements
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies, and support implementation of new systems and processes for business growth

* You have proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations with a strong understanding of inventory control and distribution
* You are skilled in supporting teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication

* You have strong IT capabilities, including WMS systems and advanced Excel use
* You are well-organized with solid planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
* You have knowledge of health & safety standards and awareness of budgets and commercial impact
