Salary: GBP 15 - GBP 18 per hour + bonus, overtime, training
The RoleLancaster – Welder (GBP 15.50 - 18 PH (£38,000 - £48,000 OTE) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression). Join a market‑leading company manufacturing bespoke products for aviation, construction, agriculture, and more across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities include:
- Read design/manufacturing drawings accurately
- Perform MIG/TIG welding
- Cutting, welding, and finishing products, mainly aluminium and other metals
- Commutable to Lancaster
- Background in Welding/Fabrication or similar
