Junior Production Manager / Production Supervisor
Location:
Lancaster
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000

Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Production Supervisor or aspiring Production Manager to join a growing manufacturing business that specialises in high‑quality products. The role offers genuine career progression, hands‑on responsibility and the chance to drive continuous improvement across the production operation.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities across assembly, testing and packing departments.
- Support production planning to ensure customer delivery targets are achieved.
- Lead and motivate production teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader or Junior Production Manager.
- Background within manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
- Motivation to develop into a senior production management role.
- Commutable to Lancaster.
