Beaumont College is more than a place of learning – it's a vibrant, inclusive community where young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, complex needs and communication differences are supported to build confident, independent and fulfilling futures.
As a specialist post-16 college for learners aged 16-25, we provide highly personalised pathways that help students develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to prepare for adulthood. Whether that means learning practical life skills, accessing their local community, preparing for employment, or achieving greater independence, every journey is unique, and every success is celebrated.
Our main campus in Lancaster is set within a beautiful 7-acre site, offering a diverse range of learning environments, specialist facilities and residential accommodation. Alongside our Lancaster campus, we also deliver day college services across Blackpool, Carlisle, South Lakes and Sussex, extending our life-changing support to young people across the country.
What truly makes Beaumont College special is our exceptional multidisciplinary team (MDT). Every day, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Dietitians, Education Teams, Care Professionals, Clinical Specialists and Support Staff work side-by-side to create meaningful, engaging and aspirational opportunities for our students. This collaborative approach ensures that every learner benefits from holistic, person-centred support that enables them to achieve their fullest potential.
No matter your role at Beaumont College, you become part of this wider team. Whether you work in education, care, therapy, administration or estates, your contribution directly impacts the lives of our students and helps create opportunities for them to thrive.
As part of the Beaumont family, you'll be joining an organisation that lives and breathes the Salutem values:
Supportive - We empower people to reach their full potential.
Ambitious - We strive for the very best outcomes for those we support.
Loyal - We put people at the centre of everything we do.
Unique - We celebrate individuality, innovation and diversity.
Transparent - We are open, honest and continuously learning.

Joining Beaumont means becoming part of a warm, welcoming and ambitious organisation where colleagues are valued, supported and encouraged to grow. We invest in our people through comprehensive induction programmes, ongoing professional development, wellbeing initiatives and access to the Salutem Extras benefits platform, helping you flourish both professionally and personally.
