Lancaster University invites applications for a senior post-doctoral researcher to develop and implement Kalman Filtering workflows for satellite altimetry data over polar ice sheets. Based in CPOM and the Centre of Excellence in Environmental Data Science, you will contribute to the NERC PICANTE project on drivers and impacts of extreme events in Antarctica.
The role focuses on creating a scalable Kalman Filtering framework capable of ingesting multiple satellite missions.
