Junior Sous Chef

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Has a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Is reliable, organised and takes pride in producing consistently high standards.
• Thrives in a busy service and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
• Is keen to develop their skills and build a long-term career in hospitality.

We are proud of our use of local suppliers and have low food miles. We operate a classic kitchen, where starters main and patisserie are all prepped from fresh in house. We also make our own bread and smoked meats.

You'll work alongside our Head Chef and Second Chef, who are committed to mentoring and developing talented chefs within a young, motivated kitchen team as we continue to build on the excellent reputation of The Fleece Inn.

• Salary £27,000–£31,000 depending on experience.
