Position: Retail Customer Advisor 24 hours

Three Retail Customer Advisor

Location:

Unit 2, 5 Lancaster Gate, St. Nicholas Arcades, Lancaster, United Kingdom, LA1 1NB

Salary: £13.72 per hour + an on-target bonus of 15%, paid out monthly based on store performance

Working Hours:

24 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis

    Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.
