Availability Window

Sunday and Thursday, 16:00 – 24:00.

Starting rate of pay: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 an hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for those who prefer 12 hours or fewer.

• Serve shoppers with great natural service, greeting customers with a smile and taking pride in delivering service.
• Work across the store, including service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Maintain product quality, handling products with care to ensure customers receive items in best condition.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

• Passionate and knowledgeable about products and services within the store.
• Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Take initiative and make decisions that serve customers well.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
• Show professionalism, punctuality and presentability as a brand ambassador.
• Be at least 18 years old; certain early‑morning or late‑night shifts may require applicants over 18.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles, including warehouse, wine, bakery and driving positions.
