Position: New Build Sales Executive
New Homes Sales Executive - £30,000 + Commission (£50K+ OTE)
Lancaster, Lancashire
Thursday 12pm – 7pm, Friday - Monday 10am - 7pm (Tuesday & Wednesday off)

We're looking for a personable, organised and driven New Homes Sales Executive to join a Northwest-based developer, known for building beautiful, practical and sustainable homes.
This is a varied role that combines the excitement of selling brand new homes with the satisfaction of supporting buyers through to completion. You'll take full ownership of the site and take pride in showcasing this to prospective buyers and actively supporting through the process, all the way through to key collection and move-in day.

What you'll be doing
 
* Welcome prospective purchasers and provide outstanding customer experience.
 
* Conduct viewings and showcase the features and benefits of our homes.
 
* Qualify buyers and understand their requirements.
 
* Manage reservations and sales administration.
 
* Build strong relationships with buyers throughout their journey.
 
* Keep the sales suite and show homes presented to an exceptional standard.
 
* Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and compliant.
 
* Work towards sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
 
* Be involved with Sales Progression and liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents and purchasers to keep transaction moving.
We're looking for someone who:
 
* Has experience within new homes sales, estate agency or a customer focused, face to face sales environment.
 
* Is confident building rapport with a wide variety of people.
 
* Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 
* Is highly organised and able to manage multiple sales simultaneously.
 
* Is proactive and creative in their thinking on how to attract buyers.
 
* Has strong administration skills and great attention to detail.
 
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
