Our work includes supporting people who are sleeping rough, helping those facing housing crises, and assisting refugees and other vulnerable individuals to access safe and stable accommodation.

As a Homelessness Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people who are sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness.

You’ll work directly within the community, building trusting relationships with people who may have experienced significant challenges and barriers to engagement.

The ideal candidate will be confident building relationships, supporting people through challenges, working collaboratively with partner agencies and motivating individuals to make positive changes.
