As a Universal Call Center Rep, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and text, providing solutions for their needs. This role requires at least one year of sales experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction through effective and empathetic interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions through various communication channels
• Address needs from booking to inquiries and requests
• Communicate service requests including scheduling and cancellations
• Evaluate customer needs and offer effective solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work at least 20 hours weekly
• Must communicate effectively in written format
