The mission consists in performing the role of IT business analyst for key credit applications and projects

Reporting to the Team Lead of IT Risk, Credit & ESG, the consultant will work on key credit applications projects.

• Analyse business scenarios/cases and contribute to business requirements definition.
• Define Functional Design Specification.
• Manage vendor application relationship (software package).
• Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
• Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
• This position will be based within the Application Operations service line.

  Experience:
  
  10+ years (Senior level)
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects
• Solid understanding of banking business processes
• Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Credit projects
• Private banking experience is mandatory
• Swiss Residency is a must
• Fluency in English and French (written & spoken)

• Data Migration Knowledge:
  Experience with data migration rules and creating crucial components of systems design to support successful project implementation.
• Solution Delivery Expertise:
  Experience in delivering solutions that meet project requirements, with a focus on ensuring clear communication with stakeholders to prevent misunderstandings.
• Project Outcome Optimization:
  Experience with managing project outcomes, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
