About the OpportunityOne of the region’s most well-regarded healthcare facilities in spectacular Wyoming is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose, manage, and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
- Focus on preventive care, patient education, and overall wellness
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
