Traveling ICURN

Schedule:
Day shift, 12 hours (07:00–19:00)

Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse providing care to high-acuity patients (cardiac, stroke, trauma, respiratory failure, shock)

Experience

Required:

• Minimum 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting

Licensure:

• Wyoming RN license or compact/multistate license required (must be attached to resume)

Certifications:

• Required:
  BLS, ACLS (AHA)

• Preferred:
  PALS/ENPC, TNCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and manage ICU care plans
• Administer IV fluids and medications; provide advanced life support
• Manage ventilators and invasive devices (e.g.,
  IABP )
• Assist with procedures; suctioning; wound care
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
• Respond to emergencies and advocate for patients
• Educate and support patients and families
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed

Patient Population:

• Adults primarily;
  occasional pediatric/adolescent patients (no dedicated peds unit)

Floating:

• May float between Lander and Riverton campuses based on census

Position Details:

• Positions: 1 (contractor replacement)

• Guaranteed hours: per contract

  13 weeks
