Job Description - RN Full-Time - Recovery (1886) (1612020)
Sage West - The registered nurse is responsible for managing the care preoperative, post anesthesia and postoperative in the perioperative department. The registered nurse will implement nursing interventions as necessary for the patient needs. The registered nurse will individualize the care, education and discharge planning in response to the patient needs. The registered nurse will complete surgical safety checklist, handoff communication, preoperative and follow up telephone calls.
The registered nurse will maintain competency in perioperative nursing.
RN Full-Time - Recovery
Qualifications- Current RN License in the State of Wyoming
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire through American Heart Association
- PALS certification within 90 days of hire through American Heart Association
- 2+ years Infusion experience preferred for identified role .
- 2+ years Circulator or PACU experience preferred for identified role.
