Snap Care is seeking experienced Women’s Services Registered Nurses (RNs) for night-shift travel assignments in Wyoming. This role encompasses care across Labor & Delivery (L&D), Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Level 1 Nursery units. The ideal candidate has strong maternal-child nursing experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to OB/GYN, L&D, Postpartum, and Level 1 Nursery patients
- Circulate during C-sections and assist physicians during deliveries
- Attend the neonatal station post-delivery and perform complete newborn assessments
- Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments
- Evaluate patient/family learning needs and provide education
- Document patient care accurately in EMR
- Float to other units as needed for sitter or helping-hand support
- Maintain patient safety and follow facility policies throughout care
- Active Wyoming RN license or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and L&D/LDRP units
- Experience providing care for OB/GYN patients, antepartum, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Strong patient advocacy, communication, and teamwork skills
- BLS (AHA)
