Alpine Rosy-Finch Field Technician

A state wildlife department is seeking two Field Technicians to conduct alpine bird and mammal surveys in Wyoming. These seasonal positions offer an opportunity to work in remote, rugged terrain while contributing directly to the conservation of rare species. Responsibilities include data collection, fieldwork in challenging environments, and travel across high-elevation areas. Applicants must have a high school degree and outdoor experience.

Valid driver’s license is required. Positions run from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
