Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role includes evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore mobility, function, and independence.
Location: Lanett, AL
Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts and facility guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active Alabama PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to various patient needs and clinical settings
