Join a high-volume production environment supporting on-demand blended inks for press operations. You’ll weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready, water-based inks directly to customer equipment, help keep production on schedule, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Strong color control and attention to detail are key.
What You’ll Do- Match and adjust colors to customer specs
- Weigh, blend, and distribute inks at the press
- Document color matches, returns, and ink adjustments
- Keep the work area organized + compliant with PPE
- Assist with ink recycling decisions
- Support QC across production runs
- Water-based ink mixing/color matching (1+ years required)
- Press toning
- Flexo printing
- Color formulation & matching
- Working knowledge of ink blending environments
- Chemistry coursework
- Ink recycling exposure
- Collaborative communication habits
- On-site inside a customer production plant
- 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night/weekends)
- Lift up to 25 lbs; stand throughout shift
- Chemical handling required (PPE provided)
