As a vital member of our team, the Scheduling Coordinator welcomes patients and manages appointment schedules for both new and current individuals. You will be engaging with patients, answering their queries, and ensuring they feel valued as they enter our modern practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients as they arrive at the practice

• Answer phones and provide friendly greetings

• Schedule appointments efficiently for patients

• Assist in opening and closing duties with the team

• Process payments and help verify insurance, as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong organizational skills and flexibility

• Preferred: 1-2 years of front office experience

• Show reliability in responding to patients

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
