The Parts Pro will engage with customers, utilize the Parts Source Operating System, and communicate product benefits effectively. Mastery of automotive parts and systems is essential as well as building a strong rapport with clients. Adhere to all safety protocols while ensuring the store meets merchandising standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and sell suitable automotive parts using systems
• Communicate features, benefits, and warranties to clients
• Complete all store tasks promptly and efficiently
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to standards
• Follow PPE guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of parts
• Commitment to excellent customer experiences
• Computer proficiency, including point of sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
