We provide on-the-job paid training and we will pay for your schooling to help you continue and succeed with your automotive apprenticeship.

If you have previous mechanical experience, a outstanding attitude, and want a clear path to becoming a Journeyman Technician, we want to invest in your future.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $21.00 per hour
• Location: Victoria, BC — In-person
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (plus every 3rd Saturday for a partial day)

• Perform fluid services:
  Drain and replace engine oil, change oil filters, and replace air, cabin, and fuel filters.
• Inspect fluid levels:
  Check, top off, or flush critical fluids including coolant, transmission, brake, and power steering fluids.
• Tire maintenance:
  Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires safely using specialized shop equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections:
  Perform multi-point vehicle checks (belts, hoses, wiper blades, battery, and tire pressure) and accurately report findings to Service Advisors.
• Maintain workspace safety:
  Clean and organize the service bay, properly dispose of hazardous materials, and adhere to all dealership safety guidelines.

• Experience:
  
  Previous lube technician or mechanical experience is required.
• Attitude:
  Must be upbeat, highly motivated, and willing to learn.
• Licence:
  Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record are required to move customer vehicles.
• Physical Ability:
  Capability to stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, and lift heavy equipment or tires safely.
