Position: Site Superintendent for Townhome Projects
Location: Colwood

Lead construction efforts as a Site Superintendent with PATH, focused on residential townhome projects in British Columbia. Oversee site operations, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.

PATH is looking for a dedicated Site Superintendent with at least 5 years of construction experience, particularly in townhome or multifamily projects. You will coordinate site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure that construction adheres to specified codes and quality standards. Monitoring labor performance and managing project schedules are critical components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance

• Implement quality assurance and deficiency tracking procedures

• Conduct safety meetings and enforce health policies

• Monitor project schedules and identify delays promptly

• Facilitate coordination with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role

• Strong knowledge of residential construction codes

• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
