Site Supervisor Luxury Builder

Position: Site Supervisor for Luxury Home Builder
Lead construction projects with a reputable luxury custom home builder as a Site Supervisor. Oversee daily site operations, maintain schedules, and ensure project success.

This full-time role reports directly to the Project Manager. Candidates should have at least 5 years of construction experience and familiarity with the construction process. Responsibilities include managing on-site trades, reviewing mechanical and structural drawings, and timely ordering of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the project schedule and site organization

• Complete daily on-site construction tasks

• Manage trades and their day-to-day activities

• Review architectural and mechanical drawings for accuracy

• Order necessary materials and equipment for production

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction experience

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
