Key Responsibilities:

• Directly engage with members via phone and email

• Offer support for YMCA courses and services

• Conduct general administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Two years of relevant experience in customer service

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools

• A clear Criminal Record Check is necessary
