Glenoak Ford seeks a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in a new state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for managing customer maintenance requests and communicating service status to ensure client satisfaction.
Your role includes selling additional services and processing payments with accuracy, creating an impactful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests for service and repairs
• Communicate work updates to clients
• Collect payments, managing cash and credit transactions
• Sell services, including parts and accessories
• Ensure smooth and professional service delivery
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience necessary
• Experience in automotive services is a plus
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
