Position: Full-Time English Language Development Specialist
Become an impactful English Language Development Specialist with North Clackamas School District for the  school year. This full-time position focuses on fostering a supportive environment while teaching English to diverse learners.

The ELD Specialist will ensure effective learning and implementation of the curriculum for English Language Development. You'll be responsible for student safety, engaging collaboratively with educators, and addressing each student’s unique learning needs.

Your role may involve teaching across various educational settings within the district, providing you with ample opportunities to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective English Language Development instruction

• Ensure student safety and discipline in learning environments

• Collaborate with other educators for student support

• Adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs

• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon Teaching License with ESOL endorsement

• Experience with culturally diverse families and communities
