Piano Lessons Teacher

Become a Piano Lessons Teacher with Long & McQuade in Langford, BC. This contract role focuses on teaching students of all ages during weekends while leveraging your musical expertise.

As an independent contractor, you will teach piano lessons in the established Lesson Centre at Long & McQuade's Langford location. You must hold a music degree, diploma, or have professional equivalency. Previous teaching experience with various age groups is essential, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach piano lessons to students of all ages

• Create lesson plans that follow standard curriculum

• Work independently as a contracted teacher

• Engage students in both private and group lessons

• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from a recognized institution

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Proven experience teaching music

• Strong knowledge of teaching methods
