We are looking for a Permit & Interconnection Specialist to manage all municipal and utility paperwork. You will ensure that our projects move smoothly through the regulatory process by identifying the correct local requirements, submitting utility applications, filing building and electrical permits, and handling all final closeout documentation.
What You Will Own- Identifying the correct building and permit requirements for various cities and municipalities.
- Submitting utility connection applications and filing building/electrical permits.
- Organizing plan sets and securing necessary engineering stamps.
- Handling final closeout documentation and verifying that the utility has granted permission to turn the system on.
- Ensuring all applications are submitted quickly and accurately to prevent project delays.
- Detail-oriented to a fault; you don't miss a single checkbox or signature line.
- You understand how to navigate municipal bureaucracy efficiently.
- You are persistent and follow up relentlessly to get approvals across the finish line.
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Incentive: Performance bonus structure tied to submission speed and first-time approval rates from the city.
