As an essential player at Primary, you will leverage your 6-8 years of experience in electrical utility systems to drive project execution and mentor fellow engineers. Collaborate on designing substations while ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainability through advanced engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and engineering of high-voltage substations
• Prepare engineering deliverables including diagrams and reports
• Manage technical project execution to meet quality and budget
• Mentor engineers and oversee technical excellence
• Support site visits and implementation of designs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration in Canada
• 6-8 years in electrical utility design
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Class 5 driver’s license required
