This role entails delivering clinical services, overseeing pharmacy students, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve outcomes. The successful candidate will need to maintain regulatory compliance and assist with daily pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medication reviews and chronic disease management

• Administer vaccines as per pharmacy regulations

• Evaluate effectiveness of drug therapies and interactions

• Counsel patients on safe medication use and health matters

• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists

Requirements:

• Must be licensed with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists

• Injection certification required

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated, independent worker
