Part-Time Brain Injury Support Worker

We are looking to hire two dedicated part-time workers to join our Community Support Services team. You will assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals while also providing essential household support like meal preparation. Whether you are working mornings, evenings, or weekends, your role will impact the lives of those with brain injuries in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in achieving rehabilitation goals

• Prepare meals and assist with snacks for clients

• Ensure health and safety during client activities

• Provide one-on-one and group support in daily living

• Maintain accurate reports on client behavior and incidents

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education in Human Services

• Minimum three years of experience in Human Services

• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle behavioral situations effectively
