Position: Brain Injury Support Worker at March of Dimes
Join March of Dimes Canada as a Brain Injury Support Worker in Langford, BC, and impact lives. This part-time role focuses on rehabilitation and daily living support for clients.

We are seeking two compassionate individuals for part-time positions dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients with brain injuries. You'll assist with rehabilitation goals while providing essential support services, including meal preparation and housekeeping. Your work schedule will include various shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals

• Prepare and manage meals and snacks for clients

• Uphold strict health and safety protocols during tasks

• Provide support for daily activities and personal care

• Complete necessary incident reports and behavioral observations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human and Social Services preferred

• Three years' experience in the Human Services sector

• Current CPR/First Aid certification an asset

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of ABI rehabilitation techniques
