Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and effective patient care
• Counsel patients on new therapies and medications
• Document and follow up on care plans
• Collaborate on community health services
• Prioritize prescription safety and pharmacist functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Active pharmacist license in the province
• First Aid and Injection certification required
• Familiarity with Kroll software preferred
• Awareness of pharmacy laws and industry trends
